Excellent service. Spoke with Dr Browne, had X-ray within 24 hours and results call and advice in less than a week, and on a Saturday!
I’ve been with practice for 40 yrs and they have served myself and family well.

I am always amazed that Countesthorpe Health centre only has 3.6 stars, The reception staff are helpful, the Doctors that I have seen have always been understanding and refer me to specialists if needed, the nurses and healthcare assistants have equally have been caring. I have never had a problem getting to see a Doctor in a reasonable amount of time. This Practice is excellent.

I had a 3 day appointment booked from the online form -with dr Browne -no call received by lunchtime called and was told dr Browne is on holiday but a dr bird tried calling before and after morning surgery. - I had no missed calls no voice msgs either and I doubt she did try to call me - just ask for face to face appointments take someone with you or record your consultation as drs are not trustworthy or caring at this practice now.

Absolutely disgusting service from the reception team here, the arrogance of them! If they think they are health care professionals go be a doctor. the one good receptionist has now left. If there were other surgery options, this place would be dead. With the exception of Dr Collins and Hanson all the good doctors have left and it's no wonder. Don't trust a thing Dr Brown tells you! mis-diagnosed, talks to you like a child and like you don't understand your own body or your childrens. The man need striking off. he has been reported to QCC. just horrific. The whole place needs new management, especially the admin team!

Both my wife and myself have been with this practice since Dr Hoffler’s days. We have always had fantastic service , both with the Doctors and Nurses, and the practice in general. When appointments have been requested the practice receptionists have always tried to accommodate us.
I have heard from others ,of terrible times at other Doctors surgery’s, and we are very grateful of being with Countesthorpe Health Practice. Cannot praise them enough .

I find the staff very friendly and helpful. They have other staff besides Doctors and receptionists. Nurses who deal with some health issues and take clinics etc.
It is somewhat difficult to get appointments (unless you get up early) but they do have week ahead appointments. If I do not have anything urgent, I write a letter to the doctor expressing my concern and they always get back to me solving my problem or asking to see me face to face. I have always been able to get these appointments easily.
I brought my sister-in-law in in an emergency, the receptionists were so kind, made her a temporary registration and she saw a doctor who prescribed tablets which she is still on to-day. She commented how great the staff were and she could see a doctor immediately. She said at her practice they were more unfriendly and she could not see a doctor hence she got so ill.
