Sarah the practice Nurse is a godsend. Haven't been able to get out too much recently, and the circle of people I see has diminished greatly, so it always seems a bit of a treat to go see Sarah to get my bloods done, she always sits and has a bit of a chat with me and is very empathetic and caring. Probably the reason I've not looked elsewhere due to the awful booking system. Thank you, Sarah. Sometimes a gentle hand pat makes all the difference. J X

I have been with this doctors all my life and recently they have improved a lot. I get seen to in the most appropriate time and my care and treatment has been great. Over the phone consultations are good because they will prescribe medication over the phone and book you another appointment straight away if they feel like you need to.

Worst surgery in Nottingham. Dr.Ibrahim devoid of basic empathy and compassion. Have left and found that generally Drs don't treat patients like garbage.

Although it's difficult to get an appointment and the reception team require some serious training and compassion, the nurse Mrs Morris is absolutely brilliant and a credit to the surgery. She is so kind and reassuring, I can't give her enough praise.

Probably the worst medical services in the UK. don't use these jokers. I'm not even sure they're a real practice. They don't want help for people , I was come 4 times in 2 months with my kid for cought - throat pain and high temperature problem and they keep prescribe calpol syrup over and over again for 3 year kid , and don't want to do any more investigation in actual problem staff at reception is not helpful at all keep saying we don't have available doctors if you want book visit is takes usually 10-20 days

Rang in the morning to get an appointment and was told a doctor would call back. Waited all morning and afternoon to get no call back and when I called again they said there was no log of me ever calling, nevermind a scheduled phone call. Not a bit of care given at all, waste of time.

I’ve now left and I can assure you the grass is greener elsewhere. The practice is run poorly, never any appointments, at least an hour to get through on the phone and when you do the reception staff are terribly rude. Sadly my parents have stayed here and my mum is now at the receiving end of their poor standards, I fear something is going to happen to my mum because they just won’t help her. If you can get in elsewhere I would and this place should only be a last resort.

I have always received a high level of care and compassion from Drs, Nurses and staff at churchfield medical practice. If I could give more stars I would.
The Drs always have a plan of action on how best to move forward with my medical conditions.
All Drs, nurses and receptionists are polite, friendly and respectful.
