I joined this pharmacy delivery service after being unable to speak to a human being with my previous supplier.
I am totally delighted with them.
Not only did they have a human to speak to who was interested in resolving my problem. They actually took the problem on board and sorted it out for me with the surgery. I didnt have to do anything.
Totally impressed. Service provided by humans. Excellent.

Extremely rude delivery driver who was caught on CCTV insulting the customer!!! Called the pharmacy to try and sort out the problem and the deputy in charge tried saying it was because this individual driver had a medical condition and his fingers were fused she said she knew who I meant as they have received a few complaints. Looking back through CCTV his fingers were perfectly fine up till he wanted to insult a customer! Disgusting behaviour from people you think you can trust!

I haven't been with this pharmacy for very long, but I cannot praise them enough,my prescription are always on time ,the staff when I rang up enquiring about something was so helpful and professional, after putting up for quite a long time with my other pharmacy (which I won't mention the name but you can guess) never having some of the medication in and having to keep ringing them to see if it was yet in, the rudness of one of the staff, so ,so pleased my friend reccomend them highly to me.

I recently changed to Church Walk Pharmacy and found that nothing is too much trouble. They give a great service , always extremely helpful. If the driver drops my meds in our postbox, he will return later to check that I have emptied it. The customer matters so much to them.
