I've been a patient for a fair few years but the past 18 months they've gone down hill. They don't do referrals and then blame you for it. They don't give you your clinical history when you request it in writing. They make you feel like you're going crazy and your symptoms are all in your head. And when you request a repeat prescription they leave you 9 days before telling you on a Friday of all days that you need a medication review before you can have any more, a medication that your health relies on. The nurses are lovely and Dr Yousaf is great but it feels like nobody else cares. I'm putting in an official complaint next week.

Couldn't wish for a better surgery. Me and my family have been at this surgery for 8 years and i have never had a bad word to say. All of the staff are amazing and we always manage to get appointments. Doctors always very thorough with examinations. All of the staff show compassion and really do care for their patients. This is by far the best surgery we have ever been with. This surgery provides a fantastic service to service users.

Been at this practice now for over 4 years not once have I seen a doctor that actually has their name over it I’ve always seen a locum dr or I’m always fobbed off to the nurse practitioner and let’s get to Michelle the receptionist the one who thinks she’s a dr herself she tried to stop my life long medication that I’m supposed to be on for LIFE but she knows best, not only this but it’s took over 3 years to diagnose my pains and all I get is “it could be fibromyalgia”. Fibromyalgia is something that can’t be diagnosed just like that because there are no tests to have done to see if you have it or not I would rate this more stars but it’s just too bad

Complaints procedure must be requested via email which I have done twice now but no response. Accused of attention seeking when I've said several times my baby has allergy to milk which was diagnosed by the hospital. Then prescribed milk that contained cow's milk allergy so kept having issues, then prescribed the correct milk but still unsettled and having on going issues. No point going back as the last time I was accused of attention seeking and being depressed. Looking for a new doctor and to make an official complaint about prescribing my child the wrong milk and also accusing me of attention seeking when my child was and is still very unwell. I had explained that the health visitor isn't seeing anyone as I've also rang them five times, who are based at this surgery. It's awful that they could just leave a baby unwell for 7 months now and just not be concerned but act like I am mentally unwell for being concerned!

Disgusted with the service, can't be trusted with your wellfare. Treated my husband for constipation for months, had to beg for further tests to be done turned out that he'd got stage 2 colon cancer. Had to go through emergency 8 hour operation to take away the cancerous blockage, now thanks to their superb service he has to go through 7 months of weekly Chemo sessions. I'm certain we would be arranging his funeral now if i hadn't demanded tests.
