Usless place, myself and my family have been registered here for more than 10 years. I have never booked an appointment easily as they don't answer the phone ever. I have had to drive in to make appointments for the kids on numerous occasions and now they won't allow this anymore (only phone bookings). I have personally watched staff ignoring the phones while waiting in the reception and as people on the other end could potentially be seriously ill this behaviour is criminal. Registered at another practice today as my wife spent 3 hours on the phone to book in but big surprise nobody answered/rang back.

ALSO. don't blame covid in your enevitible rebuttal as you have always been the same.

After receiving a message please contact the surgery, I got Held in a queue twice on the phone for nearly half an hour in total trying to get through. Both occasions i Got to position 1 only to be put back to position 6 for the third time. Disgusting.
