Visiting from another country, I was very impressed with the care at this emergency care center. We were sad to see on a sign that so many people have been verbally or even physically abusive to the staff in the past. We treated them with kindness and they treated us with even more kindness and care. The wait was not as long as we had anticipated, but probably a normal amount, considering the healthcare system. The expert treatment that I received resolved my physical problem.

I had the best experience with Radiology today.
Came in to find out about appointment (when can I come and do it) and lovely receptionist just book me straight away. 5 min later had my xray done.
Thank you

Modern building .... spacious and well laid out. Found audiology very quickly (Red Zone 1st Floor) and our audiologist came out to meet us just a few minutes after we arrived. Lovely staff, too. Our only complaint is the price for parking. We were there less than 30 mins but charged £3.40.

I recently had an outstanding experience at the New QEII Hospital’s Endoscopy Department. From the initial booking and thorough instructions to the swift assistance when I needed replacements, every aspect was handled professionally.

The staff maintained excellent privacy and ensured I felt at ease throughout the process.

The entire team, including the nurses and endoscopist, displayed exceptional competence, care, and friendliness.

The procedure was managed with great skill, and the aftercare was prompt and considerate.

This experience far exceeded my expectations and rivalled private sector care.

Highly recommend! The photos added don't contain myself, any other person or any personal data. I’ve added them to convey that the facility is modern, clean and to give an idea of the food/drink available.

Helpful staff doing their best on New Years Day.

However, it is a 2 1/2 to 3 hours to be seen by a GP.

Come prepared for a long wait.

See photos for additional info.

Not good service at all. Waiting over 4 hours with a newborn to be told they can’t see a newborn baby. Ended up being sent to lister anyway (who were great). Why couldn’t they tell us this at the start instead of adding additional stress to our newborn.
Furthermore, the advice given was completely wrong and paediatrics at lister confirmed useless advice. Will not return.
