I contacted this clinic after seeing on the NHS website that they were accepting new patients. When I got in touch, I was informed that while they do accept new patients, there is a very long waiting list. As I needed to be seen sooner, I opted for a private consultation.

The dentist I saw was professional and thorough, and the overall clinical care was excellent. That said, I did find the treatment prices to be quite high.

I would like to give special recognition to a member of the reception team, Penny, whose customer service was outstanding. Due to my busy shift schedule, I wasn’t always available, but Penny was patient, flexible, and made multiple efforts to return my calls. She was friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions with care.

If the clinic owner is reading this, I’d strongly recommend acknowledging Penny’s exceptional service — she truly adds value to the patient experience. I’d also suggest reviewing the pricing structure to make private care more accessible, perhaps by offering modest discounts for larger treatment plans.

Joined as an NHS patient at the beginning of April. Receptionists all seem very welcoming. I spoke with Penny who was just lovely.
My first appointment was with Aashish (dentist) he was very thorough, giving lots of different options for treatments and helpful information for home self help.
Second appointment was with Miroslawa (Hygienist), again she was very thorough, she gave me lots of cleaning tips and product information. My teeth felt lovely afterwards.
Everyone seems very knowledgeable and helpful. It all looks very clean and the reception is spacious and comfortable.

Bhavin and Megan were great — really friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout. The receptionist, Penny, was also very professional, friendly and welcoming. Great Service. I came for a Full-checkup as a NHS appointment. I am bit of paranoid when it comes to dental appointments and dentists but it was notthing. Dr. Bhavin explained what needs to be done clearly and answered all my questions. Natalia was wonderful. Penny provided me great customer service from booking the appointment over the phone to getting rest of the things related to my dental plans done smoothly.

Dental beauty has such a lovely feel, from the moment I walked in I felt welcomed & listened too. During my consultation Aashish had really put me at ease and clearly awnsered all my questions in a lovely manor, Penny & all the girls on reception are also fantastic greeting everyone with a smile all while making the effort to chat to & really acknowledging the patient. Paras took the time to understand me and went through everything so clearly. I’ve never had a better dentist appointment! Everyone at Dental Beauty are so nice including the reception staff and lovely Penny. If you want to get photos/scans, really understand your teeth, and get the right treatment in place, go here!

From moment I stepped in the door both the receptionists and clinical staff were both professional,empathic and friendly. Very important factors for a nervous patients. My fears were totally suppressed by the knowledge and explanation of what was occurring. Further to this was other procedures being fully explained and the benefit and cost of these and how I could book if I felt I needed them. The whole appointment was professional and explanatory and although executed with professionalism there was an element of humour which really put me at ease.
