This was my first time and I was nervous but Caro was so friendly and reassuring throughout the whole procedure. She was also very informative and recommended ways in which I could help myself with certain supplements and self care. I felt much better after the procedure and was so glad I finally did it. I would definitely return and would recommend Caro if anyone is considering it, she is such a lovely lady.

Caro is amazing, so friendly and so informative of the whole procedure. Really makes you feel comfortable and knows her stuff, and will explain everything so you really understand. From the moment I walked in I felt so comfortable and in safe hands. I have had 2 clonics now, and feel relief and reassured by Caro - even better that we both talk for England 🙂 I wouldn’t go to anyone else!! If you’re thinking about it… just do it, it’s worth it, and Caro couldn’t make you feel more comfortable if she tried. Caro is so knowledgable she’ll often send you away with links of things that will support/cleanse the colon and support overall well-being. Amazing lazy and amazing service! 🙂 x

My 1st time having this done and what a treat. Caro is amazing, she puts you at ease from when she opens her door, don't be put off that she does this from home she has a beautiful private room where the procedure is done. I just cannot believe how much better I feel. I've had bowel issues for over 2 years and I now know more about my colon and intestines so I can continue to look after my insides as these are often forgotten. If your feeling like this could be a procedure for you dont hesitate to get in touch with caro I highly recommend her.

I booked an appointment for my partner who had been looking for somewhere to get a colonic. Upon arrival he was a little apprehensive due to it being a house but once meeting Caro he was immediately put at ease. Caro made my partner feel comfortable and he was very impressed with her extensive knowledge of health in general but also he said her energy was super cool. The irrigation itself was a bit uncomfortable initially but then it's no problem at all once relaxed. After he felt so much lighter. We would highly recommend Caro for her services and look forward to the next session. Thank you so much

I don’t think anything could have been better. Caro is such a lovely, genuine
lady. She is so easy going that she put me at ease instantly. She explained what was happening all through the process and is obviously very knowledgeable. She gave me lots of advice about what foods and drinks to have just after the colonic (and what to avoid) as well as some advice on what supplements may help me in future. Just had my first ever Colonic from Caro.
Instantly made a nervous person completely as ease. She explained everything as she was going along and was full of knowledge. Having a good laugh along the way.
