Great GP’S, (especially Dr Evan’s), we are well looked after great service. Staff are lovely especially Kim, very helpful with great knowledge.

Came in on Friday (31/01/25) for blood tests. Hate needles and the thought of needles. Nurse/healthcare assistant (sorry didn’t get the name) was absolutely fantastic, didn’t feel a thing. 10 out 10 would come again 🤣

Myself, my Wife and our little girl moved to the area in December and we have been astonished at how caring, efficient and simply amazing Millfields have been. Anytime we need an appointment we’re usually seen the same week or early week after for us, but our little girl is always seen the same day and prescriptions sent through really quickly. Top class surgery. I have been a patient for about 8 years and have no complaint at all. Never had to wait for an appointment if urgent and for less urgent I can choose my own date and time, Staff are courteous and of course professional and the receptionists are efficient and quick. I have lived and worked in many countries and this surgery is a good as anywhere else in my experience.

I’ve been with Milfield surgery all my life. I can honestly say I’ve never had a problem getting an appointment or seeking advice. I’ve always been contacted back on the day when needed and helped by various nurses and doctors. Or recent, Dr Carr has gone above and beyond with his services, he is so thorough. He’s a credit to Milfield surgery.

I have just registered with the surgery,registering with a member of staff paula was very good,kind and patient, having a complex history of health , nothing was to much bother.
Then to my surprise there was 2week appointments to book on line, to see a doctor ,bt appointments also visible, thank you

I recently had to phone the surgery to make an appointment to see a Doctor. The receptionist that answered the phone was both professional and polite. She ask relevant questions and said a triage person would call me back that day. Sure enough 3pm that day the triage person call. Again professional and caring attitude that made me feel comfortable. A Doctors appointment was made and I have been seen . Doctor Robinson or Robertson (sorry) listened and pitched the consultation just right for me. I would like to say a big thank you to all .
