This is the perfect High St chemists with friendly, knowledgeable staff who know their customers and provide essential services to the area. Linked to the nearby Doctors practise, they're always very efficient in supplying prescriptions and other help.

Absolutely dreadful! Waited 35 minutes for my prescription to be dispensed and even popped in and out twice and left having being told that it would be 10 to 15 minutes each time as it needed running past the Pharmacist who was doing covid jabs. While I was actually waiting in there the Pharmacist came out and went back in for more covid jabs and then another covid jab came in. I have had to retrieve my prescription and go elsewhere as I could not wait any longer for the covid clonic to finish. No apology, no sorry. Stressful experience.

Great experience here today from helpful staff. Friendly, efficient and after visiting two other pharmacies before and being disappointed, a breath of fresh air! Well done guys. Lee

The young lady behind the counter seriously lacks social skills. Doesn't seem to have manners or good customer service. Unhelpful and appears cold and impolite.

Revised review… I've been assured that problems i had seemed to be due to a problem with the plastic bottles rather than any errors on their part. Anyway, the staff are friendly and I don't have to wait long to collect my medications, which due to my complex health problems are numerous.

I went to this chemist for my repeat prescription of medication for serious illness. Chap behind the counter (who was not actually tasked with dealing with my request) offered defensively and glibly: "I think that request came in only this morning to be fair." *To be fair*: as the team themselves then immediately discovered, the request had come in on 25 October. And it has still not been handled or met by the team at this chemist 5days later. There is something seriously not working at this chemists.

Easy to book. Prompt confirmation. Two flu jabs delivered efficiently and well. The last reminder came just an hour before the appointment time which was perhaps a little late. Otherwise excellent service.
