I was referred here by my GP for pain in my hand caused by repetitive strain. Akshay has been excellent. Very thorough with treatment and explaining everything, and giving me useful advice and excersises to ease the pain and stop it coming back. Pain gone after 4 sessions. All communication was also excellent with all appointments confirmed by email and text reminders, and the one time I needed to reschedule it was easy to do with friendly phone service. I'm a sports masseur and used to own a physio business. Been seeing Akshay for severe chronic lumbar back muscle spasm caused by degenerative spine. At last I found a physio who actually knows how to provide great manual therapy rather than just give a list of home exercises!! He really engages the patient, involving me in my treatment rather than just doing his own thing. At my request he got in real deep with thumbs and elbow after warming the muscles up. He's friendly and the clinic cleanliness/hygiene are excellent. I will be continuing my self-funded sessions with him having already had 3. As an important footnote, the admin team are also friendly and efficient, clearly a well run business.
