Little Woods Reiki

Booked my Mom in for treatment at Little Woods Reiki. Had her first session yesterday so filling feedback in for her on her behalf: Hayley was so kind and lovely and really put me at my ease. I wasn't too sure what to expect as have never used reiki before but all I can say is I can't remember feeling as relaxed as this in such a long time. It's helped lift my mood and I really feel like it helped ease some of the pain in my knee too. I don't know what she's got but it really works. Best night sleep I've had in ages! If this is how I feel after one session, I can't wait to return. My view: The difference in my Mom after her session was amazing. She looked and sounded so chilled, relaxed and had a bit of a spring in her step. Mom will most definitely be returning.

My first time ever to have reiki , and Hayley was lovely, the room was very well set up and smells lovely lovely relaxing music . Hayley is professional she is friendly and will put you at ease if feeling anxious . The reiki was so relaxing and I felt much calmer afterwards, and that night I had a wonderful sleep ( which is quite rare ) I definitely recommend Hayley at Little Woods Reiki . Regards Lita

I recently had my first appointment of reiki and I found the whole experience amazing. Hayley talked me through how the experience was going to be beforehand and as I have quite a hectic life I did wonder if I would be able to switch off for the hour but I found I did very easy and after the treatment felt so calm and relaxed and had the best night sleep (which is unusual for me). I'm looking forward to making my next appointment.

If I could give more stars I would! My reiki sessions with Hayley have been wonderful and really helpful postpartum. It’s time for me, for me to relax and rebalance. Hayley picked up on my niggly areas such as my hips and feet and they really felt nice after my sessions. Highly recommend for any new moms out there! X

Wasn’t sure on what to think but I’ve never felt so relaxed! Being pregnant I needed to switch off and I definitely did! Will definitely be back!

This was such a gorgeous calming treatment. I absolutely loved my session with Hayley, felt so relaxed and calmed afterwards. Would highly recommend to everyone who needs some calm and rebalance in their lives ?
