Polite, friendly staff who can't do enough to help. Great modern facility with automated 24/7 customer access, round the clock public toilets, and every bit of equipment you need for moving your goods in or out. There's ample free parking available and the rural location means theres no unreasonable traffic to get through, nor unwelcome people wandering around the business park, maybe just a farmer walking there dog over the fields. With the site set back from the road you wouldn't even know its there unless you went up the drive, which just adds to the already impressive security clearly on display. There's even a vehicle hire company on the business park so the location is ideal. I would say all of this though, I work here and I love my job!

Fantastic service with excellent customer service. They helped us out very last min. Laura and Alex were brilliant. If you have too travel a bit more they are quality. They eased the pressure we were in and supported us through the whole day. Excellent service. Clean safe very professional. Life savers. Excellent rates too. Once again cant thank you both enough.

We had never used a self-storage facility before and we found all the staff here to be friendly, imformative and helpful. The storage unit itself was safe, secure, clean and dry , so we had no worries about storing our household goods. The ability to come and go at any time was useful during the period when we were living in rented accomodation. We would fully recommend Astwood Storage.

I have been using Astwood Storage for a number years now, and I have also had experience with dozens of storage providers in the Midlands and will simply say that I have not seen the level of customer service, quality of facilities, and ease of access, anywhere else. They are the best I have ever dealt with, (possibly the best in the business). The security is also top notch too, as I have met and spoken to the guards who will often come by on patrol when I am there late at night....AND as if they weren't amazing enough, they've recently installed a cold drinks machine in the loading bay! (perfect). They are excellent at keeping the facilities clean, safe and fully operational and have always responded quickly to any issues.

Best facility around! It's secure and there are good offers on units. It's clean, warm and Alex in the office is super helpful and efficient. Between my partner and I we have been using this facility for the last 3 years. I would fully recommend this for storage and great customer service.
