The Medical Centre

I am very happy with the doctor at this practice. the only thing's I would, respectively, point out is that the waiting room is quite small and when the waiting area gets busy, maybe to open a window to circulate some fresh air as some unfortunate people in the waiting area maybe suffering airborne illness and in the understanble scenario the doctor is running behind for any length of time it would be appreciated if the waiting patient could just be updated to the situation. This has been written in a proactive and courteous manner and meant in a kind and positive way. Many thanks.

The Medical centre have been marvelous to me always managed to give me the care and advice which I've needed. Also have had a call back within the day.

No wonder this surgery has low reviews. The incompetency is unbelievable. The three GPs I've had the displeasure with were flippant, non sympathetic and very impersonal. I'm currently looking elsewhere.

Wow I finally feel like I have found doctors who really care, I have been struggling with health issues now since 2014, and never had answers. Dr Suriyani saw me straight away, ordered me multiple blood tests, a follow up phone call, and arranged a face to face appointment with me, even in this difficult time. He has said he is going to do more blood tests, so to be very thorough. I finally feel like I have met a great doctor who cares to really help me and listen to me. What a lovely man. The nurses are also great, very kind and friendly, really put you at ease. The surgery it’s self is clean and fresh. The reception staff are always friendly and welcoming. Location wise it’s very convenient with great parking ! Best surgery that I have been to in Redditch.

First time I have been to the doctors and taken off medication (prescribed by previous surgery) which at first I was unsure about, but Dr Suriyani explained how it was an old medication and could have more risks than benefits. He took the time to explain the importance of diet, hydration, and exercise. Thanks to him I am now on the correct medication, and feel more educated in regards to my eating habits, so I can make more informed choices. The surgery arranged for me to attended a diabetic clinic, via zoom (due to pandemic) I am very presently surprised at the level of care that I have received esp during a pandemic. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming x

I have been with this practice of 18 years. The receptionists are superb, they always do whatever they can to help you. Even through COVID you are always able to get a call from a doctor to discuss your health concerns and if necessary a face to face appointment. Repeat prescriptions are dealt with in a timely manner. I’m shortly leaving Redditch and I will be sorry to leave this practice. I hope my next one will be as good.

As a new patient I felt very cared for and looked after. I have a lot of anxiety around my health and doctors, but they made me feel completely at ease, listened to and even relaxed. I have opened up to Dr Suriyani about problems I have been suffering with for years. You can just tell he really cares about the health of his patients, and he has a brilliant team behind him. Thank God I finally found a practice that I finally feel has listened to me and taken my health concerns seriously.
