I have been quite critical of this Health Centre in the past. I am really pleased to see how professionally it now operates. The whole team have been extremely helpful to me in the last year and so very very supportive. Thanks to everyone.

The most unprofessional and unhelpful GP practise yet. Very unorganised, receptionists don’t even try to help the least, not too sure if they even have proper contact with the doctors on board or if the doctors really care for that matter. If you can recommend any other practise near you. Who ever is in charge of managing this place really needs to step up. Otherwise no use of having this practise open if they can’t even show some respect to their patients.

I haven't been to this GP in a long time, a lot has changed, the phone call said it all, at reception staff don't seem to want to help and I don't just mean me, this confirms everything about why I haven't been to the GP in a long time because I knew a lot has changed, for all the wrong reasons. The waiting room scares me to death.
Leaving the GP was the best part.

I am appalled that you can not get an urgent appointment on the same or next day. The last few times I have needed to see someone i’ve had to fill out a form on line and had to wait two weeks for an appointment. You cant even phone or go go into the surgery to make an appointment. I’ve had urgent scans that have been requested by a Dr and the hospital has not recieved them. This has happened twice in the last year.

I am thanking Dr. Jesus Owoniyi for ordering the diagnostic test for my son and informing me via phone regarding the diagnosis and medical management ordered by Dr. James Wong. I thank all the Doctors, Nurses and all the Staff who are making extra effort every day....in giving excellent, efficient quality of care.

I rate this one star 🌟 only due to a wonderful lady called Sharon Nothing is to much trouble for her, I've asked her to train all the reception staff as she goes above and beyond to help you out, unlike the other front desk staff.( I have spoken to a few nice staff at Willesborough) However the St Stephen walk and Singleton reception staff are rude unhelpful unless your face fits....

I am wondering how do these people work and feel knowing these horrible reviews are true and getting more and more each time you open this link. How do Doctors feel that they are not effective in the profession they choose to do. No empathy, very time-bound doesn't care. I hope karma will replace them with real doctors that this community needs. A first world country medical service is a joke.

Depending on who answers, as 90 percent of the time it is an absolute nightmare , a lot of incorrect and misleading information from the staff , I usually have to ring 3 or 4 times before I get to speak to someone who actually wants to help people . They need to be under administration as since being with AMP my health has deteriorated greatly 😒
