My experience was second to none! Firstly I walk in to the most beautiful shabby chic decor.. it was a pleasure to sit on the red velvet sofa and admire the setting, furniture and fixtures 🙂 I was welcomed my the warmest smiling eyes as we all have to wear masks now, and a lovely greeting from Michelle I immediately felt at home! My nails were shellac painted with builder gel for strength. I’ve spent 6 months growing my nails only to get split on three of them before my appointment. Michelle worked magic and patched up the splits so they can continue to grow. A beautiful almond shape with some some detailed nail art they look beautiful as you’ll see in the picture. Top brand products used here cuccio 🙂 I’ll definitely be back my new go to beauty salon!

I’ve never had my armpits or pubic hair professionally waxed and the last time I had my legs prp waxed was over 20 years back. I attended Chiomas wax parlour (as I’ll call it) up stairs. This woman knows what she is doing!! The level of hygiene practiced was impressive they must operate also a strict covid work place policy in 20 or more degrees gloves rubber gown mask and visor wear worn. Every time a spatular was used it was thrown! I was a little nervous thinking it would be painful and I was delightfully surprised. Chioma room is another feast of beautiful decor ornaments, plants and soothing meditation music. The beauty bed is like one I’ve never seen, sooooo comfy. My wax was done with the upmost care! Skin prep with oils to stop the dry feeling and rip pain sensation you can sometime experience when having a pro wax. She works fast and efficient and leaves your skin feeling silky soft #nobumps #nolumps no missed patches of hair. All areas finished with lovely skin oil 🙂 I’m am so please with the result I can’t believe I haven’t been getting this done professionally most of my adult life haha. Fantastic place I would recommend beauty rooms I had thread vein removal , by a lovely lady called saira she made me feel at ease . Very good price for thread vein removal on my face I’m so happy with the outcome . I’ve recommended beauty rooms to people I know that want thread vein removal on there face .

Went for a California Wax and Chi was amazing. We chatted the whole time, she made me feel so comfortable. The last time I had a wax it was so painful and I got heaps of ingrown hairs. I got this done 6 weeks ago and my hair grew back perfectly no ingrown hairs! I will definitely be back. Thank you so much.

Had my first visit last night
Never had full wax before ...i was so nervous but chi put me at ease straight away. No embarrassment at all ...so friendly and professional. I was also impressed with chi's honesty, if she feels you don't need the treatment she will not do it, she could do it and happily take
Your money but she won't....I won't look back now booked my next appointment

Yesterday i had my first Hollywood Waxing - with Chi and i must say i was impressed! Much less pain than expected and she is soo lovely i could stay there forever!
Nice and quiet room with lovely music and shes making it an enjoyable experience. (Hard to believe i know!!)
Defo recommend waxing with Chi! And will be coming back in few weeks time!

back facial for the first time ever by Aimee and still stunned with the results. it was so relaxing, mood just on point and has left me with better results than i ever could’ve expected - it being steamed, exfoliated etc. under arm waxing was near enough completely painless, would definitely recommend, 100% be going back for more! thanks so much to the lovely ladies that work there for making me feel so comfortable x

A legendary salon; coming here is a therapeutic experience, and you’re in great hands. Bookings through beautyroom are very easy to make, and have always been reliable.

I had my eyebrows done here monthly when I lived in Manchester, and recommend it highly.
