I had a lovely experience at this spa. The ambience was very welcoming and relaxing. The staff were very friendly and polite. I love how they respected my privacy and treated me like a VIP.

During my relaxation session, the staff that attended to me was so nice and interactive. She gave me insightful tips on how to cultivate a healthy lifestyle.

The price is quite affordable and reasonable. The spa is very easy to locate as well. I'm not so sure about parking but it is very accessible for buses and taxis.

I got a complimentary drink after my session. I will definitely visit the spa again.

Had been suffering of severe headaches and was recommended Eva at Luxe for an Indian head massage to relieve the pressure in my head and the stress. To be honest, I had not idea what an Indian head massage was until my friend recommended it to me. I booked an appointment for last Sunday and was very impressed. For starters, she offered me a cup of tea which I really appreciated as it was cold outside and made my low blood pressure to raise. Also, she had oat milk, which was just too good to be true as I suffer of lactose intolerance. She did a half an hour of head massage and I felt like brand new. The room was warm and felt cosy and the music made the atmosphere just perfect. I could sleep that night properly for about 7 hours for the first time in month. Fantastic place and Eva

The massage was very bad and there was no knowledge, professional and experience. If it had less than a star, I would have given it to them. Unfortunately, I read about people giving a star, but I said I can't judge when I try, and unfortunately I tried an hour-long massage for £55. It's not worth the pound. My back is very painful now, and my appointment with my GP is Tuesday. If there is any harm, I will complain. Knowing the one who did the massage, I told her that it hurt me more than one.
