Physiotherapy - I was referred for physio on my injured shoulder by my surgeon. From the outset the treatment was very focused on me and not done according to a generic plan.

Emily took a detailed case history and asked me lots about what I wanted and needed the treatment to achieve. We discussed things like which activities the injury was impacting and what I wanted to get back to doing. Having the exercises on an app with video demos was great.

Absolutely first class treatment. Thanks Emily.

After having my second hip replacement, this is now the second time I have attended physio at The Sloane Hospital.
On both occasions, staff have been understanding and listened to my needs. This included answering the many queries I had regarding not only my immediate recovery but, more importantly to me, my future physical abilities with artificial hip joints.
On all occasions, the staff were courteous, professional and I felt at ease building a rapport with them. I would especially like to thank both Emily and Jason for all their support and the professionalism shown during my courses.

I had ankle surgery on 29th July 2024. I arrived at the hospital with my son and we were taken to my room. The physiotherapist came to see me and brought in crutches to demonstrate how to use it. Then Janet the nurse who looked after me took my blood pressure, etc and got me ready before the anaesthetist and Mr Bajaj came to see me. Everyone was excellent. I was able to order food for after my surgery. It all went well and everyone was great. Thank you

I came to see Hannah at the physio department about three months ago, having suffered with chronic back pain for many years due to worn discs. Hannah was very attentive and thorough and devised a specifically tailored physio plan, to target the issues causing the pain. Within a few weeks I noticed a drastic improvement and have a much better quality of life as a result. I will continue to follow her advice and would highly recommend her services.

My time at The Sloane Hospital was comfortable, where I felt in safe and good hands.
The staff here are very friendly.
Nurse Becky was very helpful and attentive.
Treatment is prompt from the blood pressure checks, food and cups of tea and my physio was patient and kind.
And the operating team know their business!
Long standing members in the medical industry that you can trust and feel assured that they are taking care of you.
The place itself felt very clean.
Overall, a great experience! Thank you kindly.

I had a procedure on my spine as an evening case here this week as an NHS patient.
I have been really impressed with the whole experience.
Communication has been brilliant throughout.
My appointment came through quickly.
The actual procedure went well.
Helped by kind and friendly staff as soon as I arrived.
My room was comfortable and I had all I needed while I waited.
All the staff were excellent, efficient, and communicated with me to what to expect.
The procedure went well and I felt at ease as the staff helped me relax.
After a short while in recovery I was taken back to my room and helped back into my bed. Then a tray was delivered with a wonderful tasty tuna sandwich, well presented and a very nice hot pot of tea.... very welcome having not eaten for 8 hrs !
I was then checked over before being able to leave, I was given a booklet with information for after care and an appointment will be sent for 6 weeks time.

Emily is an excellent physio therapist! I made good progress between the fortnightly appointments because of the exercises she prescribed me. She adapted the exercises perfectly to my needs and limitations.

Jason is a great physio. Each appointment would assess my progress, do different exercises and provide updated exercises to do at home. Honest with the amount of physio required. Highly recommended.
