Beckenham Sexual Health Walk in Clinic

Walk-in service didn't follow usual process, ended up being left half way through a consultation (nurse walked off after taking blood and didn't come back). Left without medication and the right tests being done for prep. Had to go to another clinic. Further more, had an appointment for x 2 weeks later, arrived and told they are running behind. Waited nearly two hours after scheduled appointment, only to be told to leave. Was supposed to have HPV top up and prep setup. Your better off taking a bit of a further tip to Lewisham/new cross. Who offered the rapid tests, prep giving on the same day and given HPV top up. Full lab results were back in 72hours, unlike here, where the process took weeks and I still didn't get anything as what was discussed initially.

Spoke to very kind receptionist who managed to help me book an appointment very last minute. Always very welcoming and helpful

Been told from the doctor we don't have ultrasound sound is bit weird that a clinic don't have ultrasound... + I got very quick check ...she said go to ur gp I felt like been kicked out ...with rude reception we all know this a std clinic nhs we get free test but at least make sure patients have to be comfortable..

I’ve been to this clinic twice and I’ve always had amazing service each time. From the lovely ladies at the front desk who promptly book you in to the amazing doctors and nurses. I want to say a big thank you to the nurse Jill, she was so lovely and very informative. When she removed my coil she was very gentle I felt no pain at all! (And I usually find the speculums painful). Thank you all again ❤️

10 costumers open 12 pm Wednesday and stragglers to attend the first 2 patients very sad no management to take this place forward this way will be close soon bad on customer service waiting time so poor half the patients left because no possible to attend 16 people so just see 9 patients waist of tax money so sad

I had to pop in for an emergency check up on Thursday and the black girl at the front desk, despite the fact that I explained that I need to be checked immediately (within 48 hours) she told me are fully booked in a very nasty way, and that I have to come in on Money if I want. I insisted to speak to someone else as she clearly didn’t understand the importance of the situation and she said there’s no one to talk to. To the management: Please train your staff properly to understand the situations why people choose to walk in at the clinic and that it is not for fun. It all about health! Kindly keep away from the front desk rude people like her!
