I dont know where to start with this review.
First I'd like to say the rooms are exceptional, clean fresh and airy.. i want to Thank every single person who I came in contact with whilst attending for my procedure. there is no one name I want to single out as everyone was amazing. from the receptionist at first entrance to ward nurses doctors blood nurses etc. . MR SAM DOBSON was my surgeon consultant and this name I will forever remember and appriciate. absolute star. from first point of telephone contact till the end afyer procedure and leaving he went above and beyond so professional caring down to earth and made me feel at ease before going to my procedure he answered everything I needed to know and made everything so easy for me. his surgical skills are phenomenal. My Anesthetist I didn't grab his name but made my whole experience pleasant and felt no nerves in his care. I cant go on forever as there is so much i can praise the staff but the park hospital is the best place I've ever been and I am forever grateful to the whole team there. Thank you so much everyone you all deserve a gold medal.

I went for an MRI on Thursday and had a great experience with the MRI team. Thanks to Natasha and Albesa, who were both professional and friendly, and made me feel relaxed. I am very pleased with the service. All the hospital staff were excellent and friendly and I received great care.

Update:
I stayed at Rufford Ward for two days for an operation and had an excellent experience. All the staff were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Dr. Walton and Elaine did a fantastic job. Helen and Liz provided outstanding help and support, while Dawn, Stefano, Nicola and Gini were very kind and caring. I want to extend my special thanks to everyone.

The hospital staff were very good. They couldn't do enough for me and always asked if was OK and if I needed anything. All the staff in every department knew what to do to make my stay a very pleasant one, so many thanks for that. I felt the professional attitude of every member of staff was overall above and beyond what it should of been. You made my worries and fears about my operation disappear very quickly and I was made very welcome, once again thank you for a very pleasant stay.

I had a really positive experience with The Park, from my first phone call, to after my discharge from the ward, i could not find fault with a member of staff or the environment i was in. Mr Dobson was particularly attentive and professional, along with Liz and the rest of the gynaecology team and nursing staff. Other hospitals could definitely look to The Park to learn what a great patient experience and a smoothly run hospital looks like. Thank you to all involved in my care.

Excellent hospital.
Mr Gajjar my gynae surgeon was amazing,
He did my surgery and went above and beyond to do what I asked.
He made it possible.
All the nursing staff are lovley too especially Jodie, Lauren and stefano.
The theatre staff are so kind and caring and made me laugh to put me at ease as I was very nervous.
Everything about this hospital is incredible.
The rooms are so private and very clean.
The staff always knock before entering.
And leave you to rest unless they bring meds and do obs, so felt rested.
The vegetarian food is lovley and lots of choice.

I cannot praise this hospital enough! I went in for an open hernia repair. From the reception staff, the porters(Gary) , the fabulous nurses that were so attentive and kind to the surgeon (Miss D Zanotti) and tye anaesthetist. I cannot praise them enough!! Fabulous hospital!!!

In my experience, The Park Hospital is absolutely exceptional. I went in for a pacemaker placement and the experience was first class from the initial communication, through reception, the procedure and the accommodation. All of the staff are amazing. They’re friendly, efficient, professional and so reassuring through what could be a stressful experience.

The Hospital provided me with helpful information about my procedure and after care. The environment itself is clean and welcoming.
