My journey with Nina, has been amazing, considering in 2023, my Body Composition
Results showed I was very overweight(with an extra17% body fat) and I was dehydrated with my body not holding onto sufficient water ( only 42%). In addition I wanted some
helping, managing my kidney disease, aching
bones and underactive thyroid with the right
food, drink and lifestyle.
Over the past eighteen months, I have lost 26lbs of body fat, have reached an optimum
hydration level whilst maintaining my muscle
and bone mass.
I have been taking supplements, where necessary, getting the majority of nutrients from a healthy balanced diet.
Exercise is important- I have increased aqua
fit from 1 session to 3 sessions weekly, Pilates to 2 classes and I’m in the gym twice a week. On top I walk 2 miles daily with my
border collie.
I have regular blood tests, which Nina arranges for me, to keep an eye on kidney
health, pre diabetes and raised cholesterol.
I am feeling happy and much better within myself.
I am nearing my goal of a BMI of 25.
Thank you Nina for this incredible journey, having its normal high’s and low’s of life. It’s
been fun , your positiveness, knowledge, humour, and advice has given me encouragement to achieve these amazing
results.
I would highly recommend Nina and I look forward to continuing with her to maintain my ideal body composition and kidney health.

So far I have had three meetings with Nina to discuss ways in which I can improve my diet to help with high blood pressure, high cholesterol and high sugar levels. She has been immensely helpful with advice and recommendations. After an initial consultation I have had a full body analysis and allergy/intolerance testing. Already I am able to think about some ways in which I can improve my diet and am aware of the positives and negatives of my current nutritional status. I am looking forward to further meetings when we can start discussing further steps towards optimum dietary health which is my main goal.

I did wonder how seeing a nutritionist could help having tried slimming groups, online courses and various diet plans before with no success but I have to say that seeing Nina was worth every penny.

Nina analysed my diet and eating habits and identified the specific problem areas I needed to address then provided a plan and the monthly support to achieve the necessary lifestyle changes.

Four months in I’ve lost over 2 1/2 stone, my blood sugars have dropped from borderline diabetes to normal and my cholesterol levels are now low. My quality of life has already improved tangibly.

What can i say i went to see Nina after doing no end of years of yo-yo dieting and not getting any where and with the onset of Menopause and my body shape changing …i wanted sustainable Weight loss and to Improve my gut health…7months later i am 22lbs down….gut health is much better…my Acid reflux has gone….my Snoring has Improved…and i have changed my whole bad relationship with food to a good Habits which are Maintainable for me ….i would have no Hesitation at all in Recommending Nina she has helped me no end with my food Therapy and Assisting me to get where i want to be before i hit 50 ❤️

I went to Nina because I wanted to lose weight in order to be able to train better for my sport, which is running. After a couple of meetings with Nina to discuss my requirements and following a provided diet sheet, I can definitely see improvements in my body fat mass and overall body mass. I'm losing fat whilst maintaining muscle which is exactly what I wanted. I'm also seeing improvements in my energy levels throughout the day Most importantly I'm really enjoying my food choices too

I went to Nina with a specific issue - how can I lower my cholesterol level through sensible eating? After completing a food diary and discussing my lifestyle/eating habits, Nina conducted a full analysis of my diet and body composition. I thought I was being healthy by following a low carb diet but this showed up the fact that my diet was much higher in saturated fat than I realised. I've now got a healthy eating plan which is easy to follow and I feel so much better educated about heart health. She has also given me some great advice on supplements which compliment my diet. I would thoroughly recommend! Nina is both professional and knows her stuff.
