After feeling unwell for a few months my body needed some tlc. I looked around and found this place close to home.
Feeling a bit worried about going to a big salon I was soon to realise I had nothing to worry about.
Greeted pleasantly every, single time I arrived with a hello, a smile and a warm welcome ( this may sound daft but not everywhere makes you feel welcome).
I had a massage with Amanda who was just as friendly and welcoming and left feeling fantastic.
The following week I'd booked a facial which they changed to more suit my needs ( my request) and that was no trouble at all. I had Tilly and I have already rebooked with her because I enjoyed it so much. I didn't feel rushed or hurried along which actually made me more relaxed and able to enjoy the full facial. I chose the bespoke facial and would highly recommend to everyone, do relaxing. Prices were good and I felt what I'd pay at any salon so good value for money.

I came to see Michelle back in May.
I was literally at the end of my tether.
My skin was wrecked, dry, cracked, I couldn’t even eat as it hurt so much to even open my mouth because of the dry flaky skin. I was in pain & not to mention the low confidence due to the skin literally like dandruff on my face but worse. I’d been to another skin care consultant; not in this area & £400 worth of products recommended tried & tested later they further aggravated my skin. ☹️

I reached out on Facebook & Michelle invited me for a free skin consultation. (Which was over an hour plus a sample treatment!!!) I expected to pay but she didn’t take any money from me. I booked in for further treatments. She gave me so many different samples of products, some samples, some full size. I liked so many of them & asked to buy them, she refused me! She said no, this is all part of the treatment don’t buy anything until we know what suits you & what works (much to my annoyance 🤣) So I waited, I let her work in my face, weekly, I followed her advice down to a tee!! My skin got better, she then suggested I see her monthly rather than weekly! I asked for other skin treatments so many times I.e dermaplaining, she said No! You’re not ready for that! We formed a mutual trust. She didn’t exploit me for treatments & products but unlike any other had a genuine desire to offer treatments & solutions! She really cared, this lady knows the science of skin & is so well educated & full of real time knowledge of what works & what doesn’t.

5 months later my face is silky smooth, I’m unable to post a picture but my skin was that bad that someone even commented if I’d be snorting coke, as it was so white & flaky everywhere & so visibly cracked.

So here I am writing a thanks to someone that didn’t push £400 products down my throat claiming that would be a fix!
Someone that didn’t push £££ treatments on me claiming to resolve my issue!

Yet someone who worked with me weekly & now monthly to cater for what’s best!

I cannot recommend highly enough, I’m unable to post a picture but my skin was so cracked, dry, red, angry looking & now it’s silky smooth due to the work, trust Michelle has put in!

Trust me when I say it even hurt to eat! So I didn’t eat, my confide was at an all time low = high stress & anxiety all mapped together!
Michelle was strict in what I could & could not do. Firm, knowledgeable, she really cares, she really wants to fix! This was just not pamper sessions but a real skin care fix!

She gave me back confidence & a reason to look back into the mirror. I cannot even begin to tell you what that means! 💕
