Very clean practice, smooth process from start to finish and overall great experience. I came in for a couple reasons regarding my moles and Dina helped me out massively and such a lovely lady she went out her way to seek advice that wasn’t available at the clinic and got the professional answers we required. Dina is fantastic. She is caring, attentive and understanding. My partner and I have had several treatments done by Dina including HydraFacial's, Cryotherapy and Laser Hair Removal, all of which she has been very efficient with. She is very responsive when queries are asked by us and overall makes you feel at ease. Highly recommend!

I've had treatment here and also taken a friend on quite a few occasions. The staff are friendly and very professional. They were very knowledgeable about the treatments they offered and didn't try to push more sessions and also offered free no obligation appointments to talk about how the treatment was going. I would definitely recommend them and I will be returning for more soon.

Well if I was able to give 10 stars I would.. I went here for two mole removal’s in two different places one on my face next to my eye the other on my back. I was so cautious over the one on my face, I was losing confidence. I was also a sun bed user aswell which was making my moles stand out more and of cause affecting them.
Dina (lead) was so polite and generally looked after me, she was honest on the advice she gave me. The treatment didn’t take long at all, and Dina was so easy to talk to and made you feel at home and comfortable. We both thought I was going to have to have two sessions, which I didn’t have to because both worked with good effect after the first session. I even got a follow up phone call and a check in to see how I was etc which wasn’t needed but just shown true professionalism and the second session cancelled, because the first one worked well even with the mole I’ve had all my life which was much bigger then the one on my face. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else apart from this place. I have an olive skin tone aswell and I thought I’d be left with an obvious scar which I didn’t mind but nope nothing, you wouldn’t even tell I had two removed or any marks. My treatment worked and healed under two weeks for both. Not painful. The money was reasonable not over priced either, you generally do feel cared for. I can’t stop talking about how good Dina is!! Thankyou!

I am so happy with the treatments I have had at the Dorchester Clinic. I have had the laser treatment which has shown really good results and also the chemical peel and hydrafacial. My skin glowed after and looked amazing. Would definitely recommend.

I went in yesterday to have a patch test for hair removal and was blown away with the service, the treatment process and how great the place was. It really felt like nothing was too much when I was there and the process of booking was handled so so well. I can't wait to get in for my treatment now!

I’ve had many facials done in the past but never one this good! The whole process was very relaxing and I felt like my face was being truly cleaned. Lauren the lady that did my facial, as well as the one who greeted me were super nice and welcoming! Left with my skin feeling amazing! Will definitely be going back not only for facials but for other services they offer as well! Lauren talked me through the whole process from start to finish, she was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. She helped me decide what treatment was right for me and what a great decision it was my face feels amazing!
