Market Bosworth Surgery

I've recently joined this practice and was nervous because I have a long term health condition so feeling comfortable with a doctor and the practice is really important to me. I'm so impressed by the particularly helpful and cheerful reception/pharmacy staff and the two appointments I've had so far have also been made me be very happy with how I've been treated. It's honestly such a relief so big thankyou to this surgery!

Brilliant surgery, I have been registered here for over a year and very happy with them, never feel rushed or fobbed off and mostly manage to get appointments in a timely manner.

Rude receptionist on phone call and unhelpful/poor service. Today I have called the medical centre to check if they have the medication that I have booked a week ago. At the first moment the person at phone pretended to not understand me until she said "I am busy what do you want!". 15 minutes later I went to collect my medication and I have reported to the centre this fact. She denied that has told me that phrase, also she was continuing to say "busy day, busy day!". I don't want any apology but I want to remind them that they deal with vulnerable people and they do a sensitive job, good manners are always appreciated. I can understand a busy day but as a key worker myself I have never dealt with people without respect. Respect shouldn't be only for the staff, but for patients too!

We were sent to this surgery whilst on holiday in the area. My son needed stitches in his foot. The staff here are AMAZING! I'm sure they won't forget us in a hurry. Well done and thank you to all involved

Great Surgery my family and I have been registered with this practice for 30 years. We’ve never had a complaint. Very good doctors and friendly helpful staff

Best doctors i have ever had, cant praise them enough. They actually listen and act on it and i no longer have to miss my b12 injections due to no appointments like when i was registered in Burbage.

Very helpful receptionist staff and great doctors
