I’ve been a client for many years at The Dental Spa and never had any issues. The building is warm and clean, the staff are friendly and professional and the dental care from the hygienist and Dr Roy Dixon has always been excellent. With car parking right outside the door, I would 100% recommend The Dental Spa.

I couldn't afford dental implants so I went to Mr Taylor and bought the best dentures available at the time. I have had them adjusted several times, so when I rang for further adjustments, I was surprised to be told I needed a dental check first. I explained that I had already been to my NHS dentist and had this done. I even wrote to Mr Taylor to explain this and gave him my NHS dentists details. I didn't get a reply.
So when I got a letter from The Dental Spa inviting me to come for final adjustments before Mr Taylor left, I thought great, it's all sorted. I ring up, make an appointment, and the receptionist doesn't mention a dental check. I travel 14 miles each way, go in, agree on the adjustments to be made. But then, no. The dental nurse says I must have a dental check first. At this point I ask is there anyone available to do it (£42). Silence. Mr Taylor tells me why he can't do anything and I leave in tears.
Why has there been this this break down in communication? On one hand I receive a letter inviting me to come and on the other I am left with dentures that move and make me gag. The effect my dentures have on everyday life means that I now rely on Fixodent.

Always a fantastic experience. All staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. My dental care has been excellent through a wide range of services, including extensive implants. Best dentist I've attended.

You get a great service.
I had to change my half-yearly check up appointments a few times because of a clash with hospital appointments and it was no problem. There is no waiting they are always on time.
Both dentists and hygienists make you feel safe and comfortable whilst you are with them and advice is given on maintaining healthy teeth.
Would highly recommend ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I have made several visits to the Dental Spa to have some treatments at the Skin Clinic. The level of service provided by Marta has been superb. She takes time to listen to concerns and addresses them with a variety of effective treatments. Highly recommended.

Very quick appointment having listened to my concerns.
Very prompt at my first appointment for my review of required treatments. All explained and time given to me to query any.
Very happy with my first treatment appointment and I will complete the treatment schedule. Prices reasonable in comparison with other local dentist practices even NHS dentists.

A huge thank you to Georgina and Scarlett. I had a huge broken filling replaced on Monday and the whole experience was verging on pleasant for a nervous dental patient. I didn't feel the injection or any of the treatment
