I was referred by NHS Community Pharmacist Minor Illness Service. I had a bite on my arm. The pharmacist was extremely knowledgeable and prescribed antibiotics straight away Great service without the burden of my local surgery. Thank you. .

We are lucky to have Lunts in Shrewsbury town centre. Especially since it is located right next to the nearest GP surgery, Riverside Medical Practice. It is a very, very busy pharmacy and I can't imagine how they keep-up with the demands placed upon them. Whenever possible, they will prepare your prescription even if you have come directly from the neighbouring medical practice. If they are able to do this, please be patient, be willing to wait for 20 minutes, or take advantage of the time to do some shopping. Preferably, of course, give them the two days noticed required, to make life easier for them. Once they get to know you, they will always remember your name and do anything possible to help and advise you. In emergency cases, they may even go next door to the GP surgery to resolve your issue on your behalf. Lauren stands-out as an invaluable member of their staff who truly cares about anyone who enters the premises. Riverside Medical Practise, however, is another story, which creates endless problems and hard work for those at Lunts.

I regularly use this pharmacy, mostly for my children. I usually go straight from the doctors next door to the pharmacy prescription in hand, 10-20 minutes later my prescription is ready which I think is incredible service considering how busy they always seem to be. The staff are always friendly and are very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant! I ran short on insulin and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They sorted my prescription quickly and allowed me to change my pump in their consultation room. The team couldn’t be consistently kinder or more helpful on every visit.

Took Mum and myself for our Covid vaccinations at 5pm on Sunday. Bridge st car park immediately opposite. No wait time and we got our flu jabs at the same time. Never felt either of the injections. Fully recommend the pharmacist there, excellent technique.

The staff are nice generally speaking. But the younger Asian pharmacist is seriously arrogant and rude. He was raising his voice to me and being quite aggressive, argumentative and patronising. Wish I'd said lower your Voice and quit being so aggressive and arrogant. I hate confrontation. Avoid him. He lets the place down. Avoid. Or go in when Gareth the pharmacist is there. He's really nice, understanding and empathetic
