I really can not recommend Barefoot Soul highly enough. Andi and Neil are so welcoming and have created such an amazing space, it's my new happy place. I started the 9 month Reiki Practitioner course in Jan 24 and the last training weekend is at the end of this month. The training days are so well put together. There is always a lot of information to take in but Andi and Neil are so nuturing that the sessions fly by and are fun and relaxed too. The change in my confidence in 9 months is astounding, I've gone from 'I dont think I'm doing this right' to building a cabin in the garden to give treatments. They really bring the best out of you and help you to see your true potential. Thank you both.
I also have to mention that the lunches Neil provides are truly a work of art and taste absolutely amazing.
I have also attended a Sound Bath, Breathwork Groups and a Rising Women's Circle here and brought friends with me. Andi and Neil are trying to build a community and I'm proud to be a part of it.

I started my reiki journey with Andi and Neil in January, I had no idea what to expect from it. I initially just thought that I would do reiki one, and then after completing that...I wanted to continue with my journey further& I therefore embarked on the full practioner course. The feeling I got from reiki one just made me want to expand my gift and knowledge that I had gained. The setting at Andi and Neil's is very tranquil and just so welcoming. They both really do make you feel part of their reiki family! Highly recommend anyone considering beginning their reiki journey!

I had a lovely reiki and reflexology treatment with Andi. It’s such a calming space and I loved the gorgeous aromatherapy scents in the air. Andi is warm and friendly as well as extremely knowledgeable about her treatments.

I had my very first foot reflexology treatment last Tuesday with Andrea. I was a little anxious as i’m not sure if i’d like my feet being touched for an hour but Andrea made me feel at ease with her friendly and calming attitude. She explained the treatment and is obviously very knowledgeable about her craft. The place was clean and tranquil, the bed was so comfy, the whole process was just divine. I felt so relaxed after the treatment. Will surely try the facial reflexology next time.

I've just completed the 12 sessions of zone facial reflexology with Andrea and can honestly say the difference is quite amazing. The tranquil and beautiful surroundings of the treatment rooms along with Andrea's reassuring, calm and professional approach made each treatment truly special. As well as the aesthetic benefits, each session allowed for total relaxation, mindfulness and de-stressing and the effects where palpable throughout the treatment process. I've not had a migraine since I started in January! Every treatment session was different and each week I had a little bit of homework, such as relaxation or ways to massage my skin during my daily routine.
