Massive Thank you to Lee and the team at Cryozone Shrewsbury. Really helped with my back and knees sourness - would thoroughly recommend to anyone with aches and pains - try it and see. It is a challenge first time,, but the results are immediate.

This has been the best decision I have made, regarding seeking treatment for a torn muscle. I have been a long term suffer from painful knee joints. After my first session, my back was better, but the biggest surprise was that my knee pain had gone. If you are looking for alternative treatment, this is a must. Very friendly staff who take joy in their work. Prices seem reasonable to cheap depending on the treatment. Very accommodating to try and book you an appointment even though are very busy.

Great first time visit to Cryozone Shrewsbury. Lee was very helpful and informative. I had the Sauna, Cryozone chamber and Recovery boots treatment and they were all brilliant and great value for money. I went in to help my legs recover from Triathlon Training and they feel great now. I highly recommend to anyone thinking of going. Thanks again, will be back for another visit soon.

Warm welcoming and friendly! First time and loved it...little booties and gloves provided. You can even wear your earphones inside the cryo chamber!

i highly recommend cryozone to anyone suffering with any aches or pains, after 3/4 years of struggling with severe back pain, everything i tried for pain relief either didn’t work or only helped for a short period of time i had tried chiropractors, sports therapy, physio and other practices but non of them helped me as much as cryozone since my first treatment in the full body cryo i have not looked back and have been having regular appointments 3+ times a week. Couldn’t ask for better staff they’re all very friendly and easy to talk to.
