Very disappointed, was on the phone with them every few days regarding my son not being well, finally after 3 weeks one of the doctors decided to check him and at that point it was 2 late and we ended up in hospital for 2 weeks, still battling with his condition. Maybe they should listen to parents a bit more.

I moved to the banks surgery in January after having my 2nd baby and moving to the area. I must say I am extremely impressed with not only the drs but the reception team! They go out of their way to help where they can and make it so straight forward! My little Jesse seems to have won the receptionists hearts with his flirting (baby) but I feel myself and my children are safe under their care! Thank you so much

I have been registered here since 2011 and always had very good service. Reception staff, nurses and doctors have always been excellent and I've never had cause to complain. The building itself is tired, especially the waiting area but the medical care is spot on.

Would like to say a massive thank you to the reception staff and the nurse that dealt with me.
I have real bad Trypanophobia and wasn't coping too well. The reception staff were so understanding and sat with me, they also took their time out of their busy work to reassure me and to offer to hold my hand whilst having my blood test. The nurse was also very understanding and reassuring.
Thankfully, the doctor had given me the numbing cream and with a combination of that and the nurse's incredible skill, I felt nothing.

Embarrassed after though, but still, a huge, massive thank you.

I don't think I would have got through it without the car, concideration and understanding from all involved.

You all don't get enough credit or praise.

What a fantastic surgery, receptionists always very friendly and helpful. Doctors and nurses are great and very attentive. Never have to wait for appointments. Heard stories about other doctors with long waits for appointments, rude receptionists and unhelpful doctors however I can honestly say the banks has always been a fantastic surgery. Keep up the great work guys.

I cannot speak more highly of this surgery, the staff on reception are so lovely, caring and very helpful. The surgery itself is very efficient it's an easy process to get to speak to a Dr or to see a nurse. Over all I think this is an incredibly well run establishment I would give 10 stars if i could. Thank you!!!

The receptionists and practice nurses are worthy of 5 stars, but sadly my experience with the current GPs has been awful. Nothing has been resolved for months, even though my symptoms are serious. Having been a patient for 30 years, I have now registered with an infinitely better surgery and I couldn't be happier. The name of the practice's company says it all - Medically Limited.

The doctor who called me with test results was brilliant. So patient and thorough. They must be under a lot of pressure so it is very much appreciated.
The receptionists are very helpful too.
