Incompetent. Never answer the phone, no econsult, no email… no use! Had to complain due to poor care for my wife. Failure to follow hospital instructions for my wife regarding prescriptions. Terrible service from everyone from the stroppy rude receptionists through to the doctors. Avoid

I went in to the surgery this morning to follow up on an issue with my repeat medication, this has been an ongoing battle for many months and includes previous surgeries and is an issue of multiple clinics and not the surgeries. I spoke to Linda and Jordan on reception who were FANTASTIC to deal with, this continued issue is always really stressful and has been difficult to get resolved, until I spoke to Linda and Jordan who advised me on how to fix the issue and offered to help me in getting it resolved in the quickest way possible so as not to put me out any further. Genuinely, a massive thank you to the reception staff here. They were both courteous, understanding, genuine and polite and above all, helpful.

I requested a repeat prescription on 12th August. I had not received it by Friday 23rd August. On contacting the practice I was told it had been sent for signature to a doctor who 'wasn't there' and they would chase it up for me. The Pharmacy doesn't have one of the items but may have them Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. I needed the medication for today 25th August.

I’ve had a really positive experience with the reception team here. They are always able to accommodate me where they can, the wait times on the phone can be long at peak times but that’s expected.

I needed a hard copy of my appointment record and they were really helpful and spent a lot of time helping me locate the right appointments needed and printing me copies. The doctors appointments I’ve had have always been within the window allocated, although it can sometimes feel rushed they do have to keep up with a schedule.

Overall the experience has always been positive.

Firstly, I’m having to wait over a month just to find out what a letter says that surgery received regarding my health. Secondly, some time ago I telephoned surgery in the morning just after 8am but ended up waiting in a long queue to eventually be told that there aren’t any more telephone appointments available and that I had to try to telephone again the next day - when I later that day walked into practice though, I overheard a receptionist offering a face to face appointment to her friend. Totally disgraceful

This is the worst GP surgery I have ever seen. Extremely messy, alway some problems, you can wait on the phone literally hours.
