Phoned to cancel an appointment today and make another one....was informed I am number 39 on the waiting list!! Half an hour of waiting and I am now number 24 on the waiting list. This service is absolutely abysmal often coupled with rude unhelpful staff. Trying to see a doctor in any reasonable time frame is next to impossible. It is also ironic that they expect you to share all your medical conditions, however private, with medically unqualified receptionists, however at the same refuse point blank to share any information with your own spouse!!! This surgery has definitely deteriorated in my opinion since it's move from Asquith Road.

The worst Drs I've ever had the pleasure of being under. Staff do their best but the Aspen practice isnt setup for scale or efficiency.
Prescriptions take FOREVER to get to the pharmacy and even then it's hit or miss whether they've got it right. Sometimes medication isn't even issued and you just get a note. Trying to get an appointment is practically impossible and when they do want to see you they expect you to drop everything to get in there and then.
Can't wait to move house so I can change my drs and not have to deal with this appalling company.

Really rude receptionist, told me I was going to miss my appointment as I checked in late, but I was waiting in reception on time, but no one was there to check me in. She later walked back after my appointment was suppose to have finished with coffees. Told me she was hardly gone long

Absolutely nightmare! Ever since Saintbridge Surgery have merged with Aspen Medical it's impossible to get doctors appointment. The staff is rude and not helpful. You won't get through on the phone, the automated service tells you the number in the queue and its usually more than 5. I have been ringing few times recently and never managed to get an appointment or even speak to the doctors! Will be going elsewhere!

Terrible service. Ring and you get put in a queue which could take half hour plus, when you do get through your met by a bunch of poor receptionists with an attitude problem who can't wait to get rid of you. Glad I have moved and will be changing surgerys.

Very good surgery. Doctors are very nice and excellent skilled and helpful. They always checking your health problems and gives advise or treatment. I never wait very long to be see by a doctor. I recommend that place to everyone. Thank you all.

Surgery good, however the receptionist was rude and lacks compassion. She was unhelpful and as the point of contact for the surgery, would highly recommend a reshuffle/ remedial training in people management.
