Have been absolutely superb. Mum is not well and they have been brilliant. Communication great, care great, trying to book her in and maintain consistency for her. Receptionists going above and beyond to support as well as nurses and doctor. Thank you all

Have only used the practice for prescriptions & on both occasions the people on the reception desk have got a simple request wrong!!
Ask where id like my prescription to go & I said Tesco pharmacy please. Yet 4 days later after a couple of visits to Tescos it arrived via post!!

Another recent visit, I showed the guy what my partner needed for her prescription. He then said no problem it’ll be next door after 17.00
Unfortunately he didn’t include a medicine that she needed most urgent. A simple request that couldn’t be actioned correctly.

It seems to be the way of this practise. Surely management see these reviews & concerns & act on them. Poor performance all round really…

Listened to patient be treated without empathy. Patient said she had almost died and very upset, and receptionist said can't offer appointment. She didn't sound caring

Very friendly staff and a great new primary care facility.

Lots of parking and easy access for wheelchair users.

Also has motorcycle specific parking.

This is a shockingly bad doctors practice. No issue with the doctors, but the receptionist and the front of house team are a disorganised, disinterested mess who clearly have either had no training, or simply don’t care. They’re appalling!

Trying to book a appointment is horrific..reception team always seem to be totally obstructive to you trying to book a appointment..that's if you can get through..I have been with rosebank since the 60s..now it's the worst it's ever been..reception are the issue !!! not doctors or nurses..reception have no customer support skills or any inclination to help ..they certainley dont have any empathy whatsoever..it feels like they do their very best to keep you at bay..ring the pharmacy..ring 111..call anyone but dont bother us..
Only good experience in the last few years is bartongate..is very slick n helpful compared to kingsway...same group but customer service is poles apart....

I wish I had never joined this surgery it’s horrific. You can never get an appointment, the waiting time is over a month. Seems like they don’t care and I ended up paying for a private appointment. Disgusting

For all the negative reviews I feel the need to post my positive experience here!

I had an appointment with Sarah today for a cerival screening and she was right on time, amazingly empathetic and caring towards me (I was very nervous) and explained everything as we went. She made me feel safe and valued. I hope to see Sarah again if I ever need a nurse as she was wonderful!

The surgery is really light, bright and modern, plenty of parking and accessible. The rooms are clean and tidy. From what I have personally experienced of the staff they are lovely and very cooperating.

I think the NHS is under pressure as a whole and this is reflected across a lot of surgeries. From my personal experience, I was very happy with this surgery.
