A fantastic pharmacy. Staff are so friendly and helpful. I have no doubt that the health advice received over the years has improved my wellbeing. And now they provide an ear wax removal clinic which is truly fabulous. Highly recommended.

Went in for some advice and dressings after slicing my finger, came out with everything I needed to help it heal quickly including antiseptic wipes, medical grade honey which id not used before, steristrips to close the wound and advice on how to use all the above. Great experience, and thumb is healing well, thank you!

This has to be the nicest pharmacy in Clifton and covering area . ALL the staff are so respectful, chatty and friendly. We never feel rushed when asking for anything and they go above and beyond if you need help and advice. Plus, prescriptions are always ready and always correct! If you are not set up with them, change now!

Always great service & very happy to help with any questions. For the last few days I’ve been suffering with sinus on the left side.
When I went to the pharmacy today the person who served me asked lots of questions & then went to speak to someone downstairs. When they came back we talked about what was best for the treatment. At that point I mentioned I’d had a blocked ear a couple of years ago.
Fortunately Becky from “Ear Bliss” was working downstairs & had a free slot & was able to see me immediately. Turns out I had a blocked ear with a mild infection. All sorted now & I feel like a new person. Thanks for the great service

I was shocked to read a recent fairly negative review about staff at the Regent Street Pharmacy. I visit regularly, and have done for some years, and I find all members of staff to be extremely friendly and helpful - despite how busy they are.
So quite how the last reviewer was left with a fairly negative view of the service simply amazes me.

I am so grateful for this pharmacy. From word of mouth, I heard about their ear specialist and having water stuck in my ear I decided to get it syrinaged. The lovely ear lady talked me through and showed my ear canal, explaining clearly what I was experiencing. Previously I was unsure thinking they would take all the wax out, but she reassured me that wax is good to protecting the ear. She only took out the water and left me very well informed for my future potential problems with my ears. I was also considering not going because of my piercings, but we bonded over having piercings and we had a lovely conversation. Would highly recommend! Thank you. The other pharmacists were lovely too and very warm. I felt so relaxed and it felt fine!
