Very very disappointing; not what you expect from Waitrose at all. All vegetables are wrapped in plastic; terrible fresh or health food selection; instead an enormous selection of crisps and other junk foods. No reason to go there at all; local convenience stores provide better and less expensive selections.

Pretty good edition to the bottom of Gloucester Road, and no more expensive than Sainsbury’s across the road with a good variety of things. Would love to see soft plastics recycling bin in the store (and it looks like there would be space where the click and collect is for a container).

Seems to have more staff than actual products on the shelves - maybe that’s why it’s so expensive? Tiny stock range, huge price disparity. It’s basically a motorway service station Waitrose. Unfortunately.

Great new addition. Lots of new things to try, staff were lovely (though a friend of mine has just got a job here so probably a little biased). Love that it is owned by the workers not shareholders

Came here to do things on my laptop, whilst nursing an empty Americano for hours. There was nowhere to charge said laptop, and in fact it appeared I was in a supermarket, that was not even yet open. This was much to my consternation. The staff were very nice, I didn't speak to or even look at any of them. They were not there. No-one was there. The shop isn't yet open. Five stars
