Went into the pharmacy today and the young assistant provided superb customer service.
My prescription hadn’t been made up and the young lady asked me to take a seat whilst she made it up for the pharmacist to check.
Waited a couple of minutes and my priestess ready 👍🏻 Brilliant service thank you all especially the young lady who did this.

Staff changing all the time, staff like to stand around chatting, staff promise you to get emergency prescription ready within the day, 7-10 days later you finally get it. Not open Saturdays. When something goes wrong they blames Doctor's surgery's. It took 3wks to get little needle sharps box after being told they have ordered it or they had some in, but took 3 weeks to get mine. Really not good pharmacy.

I am signed up for repeat prescription delivery which is great but on Wednesday they were brilliant. Spoke to my Doctor in the morning who prescribed antibiotics and they were delivered to my door by 3 p.m. that same day. Thank you, keep up the excellent work in these difficult times
