Just the most wonderful doctors surgery. Will always go above and beyond. Appointments always made available when really needed and receptionists are a delight to talk to. It’s a really friendly, supportive doctors surgery and I’m thrilled to be in catchment for it and feel very lucky.

Wonderful practice, I haven't got a bad thing to say about this place. I've never been unable to get an appointment. I can always get through and the staff, from reception all the way through to GP's are always professional and kind. When I hear of other people's experiences of their GP surgeries, I'm reminded that this place is like gold dust. Whoever runs Plains view, does so with their heart in the right place.

I would like to specifically thank Dr Filby, who is an incredibly compassionate, kind and gentle GP. She has supported me with a new medication recently and booked me in for regular reviews. She has been so empathetic during our appointments and it has made such a difference.

I had my first Appointment today, I got straight through when calling, and had an appointment booked with in 3 minutes and the appointment was for 45 minutes later. Very impressed, the Nurse I saw, S
Bhambra was lovely, helpful and really friendly.
I feel lucky to be within, this doctors catchment.
