I had to chase them up as it was 10 days since my mums death. Flippant attitude and wasn’t until I emailed a complaint that I got it sorted. Absolutely disgraceful when the family can’t grieve because of their lack of compassion and not doing as they should have done.

In the past 3 years Iam with orchard Croft GP and always when supported by the team and doctors and very amazing people no complain so far. What goes around comes around, self behaviour with GP staff is obvious receipt of reaction. I always got respected by the staff and never anyone said anything wrong. Great GP and great team

Only been with this surgery a month and it's been the worst experience of my life. Impossible to get an appointment reception staff rude and unhelpful. Quality of care is zero. Absolutely disgusting needs shutting down. Made a bad decision registering here moved to ossett and there amazing. The quality of care at ossett is brilliant. You need to take a leaf out of Ossett health centre book and get the practice sorted it's a disgrace. I'm feeling very let down for myself and my partner by Orchard croft.

Been with this doctors all my life, such a shame to see it go down the pan. I don’t know who’s idea it was to transfer to the patches telephone booking system in a village that is largely made up of seniors smacks of a surgery that doesn’t know its patients or is too smug or lazy to care that they are getting a good service…

I’ve been with this doctors surgery for years, and I can’t believe how badly treated the patients are. I cannot fault the reception staff, but. Have tried to physically see a doctor regarding menopause for 5 years, I still haven’t seen one, there is one particular female doctor who is so unbelievably unsympathetic. And it just gets worse, going from face to face appointments, to telephone, to now a text message! It’s a joke.

Absolutely disgusting advise regarding the menopause, can't believe in 2024 male doctors are still trying to prescribe antidepressants for women who are struggling with hormonal issues, i only hope that this doctor goes home and educate himself, and let's hope that he never gives this poor advice to anyone else.
