My mum booked a 2 hour Ayurvedic treatment for my birthday. From the moment we entered the clean and cozy treatment room and met Nicky and Hayley, we were at ease. The massage couches were roomy, comfy and warm - I think it was heated. The room was so inviting with nice decor, blankets and furniture. Nicky and Hayley were absolutely brilliant, explaining the treatments and asking if we had any injuries or needed adjustments. They were happy to accommodate. The oils felt and smelt really good. Mum was soon dozing off and I was so relaxed. We can't wait to return

This place is so amazing that I regularly drive for half an hour to get there and it’s totally worth it. There are nearer places, but none I’ve tried have compared. The therapists are fantastic and the Ayurvedic massage is the perfect antidote to a stressful life. I have one and a half hours of total bliss. Can’t recommend highly enough.

A must try - the Ayurvedic Facial and Body Scrub. When I thought the treatments were over, there was an added bonus of a shoulder, arms, and neck massage. Over 2 hours of pure bliss! Thank you Hayley

I recently completed a rejuvenating 2-day retreat at Natural Healing Haven. Despite having being to retreats abroad, and being a Pilates teacher, my knowledge of Ayurveda was limited. In need of a quick getaway to restore balance, I stumbled upon this 2 day retreat and decided to book it. The personalized experience is set in a serene countryside setting … so…if ‘Soho farmhouse’ did retreats well this is what it might would look like ! Hayley’s story is both inspiring and relatable, and her commitment to Ayurvedic principles was evident throughout the immersion in practices like personalized yoga, meditation, and rejuvenating treatments. The food was not only delicious but also nourishing, tailored to my individual need. I emerged from the retreat feeling reinvigorated, nourished, and rebalanced after just a 2-day reset. I even acquired some principles to incorporate into my daily life. Many thanks to Hayley for creating such a special haven, and to therapists Diana and Nicky for their exceptional care—from the therapeutic massages to the energy healing. I highly recommend this transformative experience!

This place is OUTSTANDING! I’m so sick of “spa” that all you really get is a crowded pool and mediocre treatments. I did a 2 day retreat and it was a one to one service all the way. Everything was 100% tailored to my needs and likes. The food is incredible and made exactly to your tastes. I had one to one yoga lesson on both days and it’s like nothing else I have experienced! The treatments are the best I have ever had! I stayed at bethel and bec again everything was perfect!!!!!! I can not thank the team enough for my experience! They are the best around!!! You have to book in! ❤️❤️

This was my first treatment with Hayley and it was just the ticket, an amazing massage, in a very relaxing and serene environment. From the initial booking, to the actual treatment she was very personable and professional. The Hay Barn venue is in a beautiful rural location which is in harmony with the types of treatments/classes being offered there. I would recommend Hayley and the Hay Barn without hesitation.
