Installed a phone refresh here this week and what i lovely care home this is. Amazing views in a beautiful, quiet location.
Staff here are amazing. So polite, kind and friendly. Always ready to hand you a cuppa.

The care my Mum is receiving is excellent she has settled down and improved considerably. Very friendly and helpful staff. The Home is very clean and tidy with amazing views but is in need of updating, decorating and making the garden area user friendly hence have only given the 4 stars

We have been visiting Norewood Lodge since 2021 to play singalong music for the residents and we are always guaranteed a warm welcome from both staff and residents..
Debbie, who arranges a wide range of entertainment, as well as her many other roles, encourages as many as possible to come to events and ensures their comfort and safety while joining in the fun herself!
The foyer and communal rooms are bright, airy and tastefully decorated adding even more of a positive feel to the busy but caring atmosphere of Norewood Lodge.

My Mum was admitted to end of life care in October last year where and we were lucky enough to get a bed at Norewood Lodge in Portishead. From the first contact with Abby the Receptionist, I knew we had made the right decision. Nothing was too much trouble and Mum settled in well. Mum exceeded expectations and remained at the home until September this year. We were given 8 months more with her, and this was beacuse of the amazing love and care she was given everyday. The staff are exceptional, and made our family feel so welcome when we visited. A massive thank you to Sue, and every single member of the care team, for making a difficult situation so much better than we could ever have hoped for.

We are an ambulance crew who was transferring a patient from home address to this care home. Amazing staff ready and waiting with the equipment to transfer. Very friendly staff from the maintenance man receptionist and the care staff on ground zero. Made our job quicker and easier. Thank you. 💝

Office staff were kind and caring. Sadly I never met or saw the manager once. I feel there was a lack of carers to give the attention and care that our loved ones deserve.
My mum who was in palliative care,was constantly told 'we do have other people to see' by some of the staff. There was no real conversation from some staff, indeed a few staff would talk to each other in their own language whilst administering care not including mum. Huge regrets.
