"I have now practised yoga with Clare since April 2023 and always found her teachings inspiring and uplifting. I really appreciate the fact that we are often reminded to flow with our own rhythms and to listen to ourselves and our bodies first. I like the wisdom shared, the gentleness, the connections made with the seasons, the moon cycles and the relaxing time at the beginning and end of the sessions too. I enjoy the candles light, great music and an all round invigorating whilst calming yoga practice. Although i suffer with fibromyalgia, i always come away feeling refreshed, centered and stronger. I have been practicing yoga now for about 14 years, with different teachers, and feel that Clare brings many of the lovely aspects i have learned in the past together, in a smooth, relaxed and beautiful way.
