Called at 8am on the dot, was caller 9 in the queue, 12 minutes later I’m caller number 5 and then all of a sudden a message says the gp is now closed and cuts me off! My daughter is unwell and I have been unable to get an appointment or even speak to anyone at this surgery all week. I tried to call again now number 19 in the queue to again get a message to say the gp is now closed! It’s only 8.17 in the morning how is that even possible?!! Absolutely outrageous service.

I always put off calling this place because they always fail to provide an appointment when called at 8 and 12, today they gave me the option to book an appointment on the NHS app finally thinking I can see a doctor. I get to the reception waiting 15 minutes to be told I haven’t got an appointment and you can’t book them on the app, waste of time and a joke of a system.

The doctor rushed me because he has 10 minutes for the patient. I lived in Poland and Germany, so I can compare. Many doctors should go back to school. Fortunately, there are also those with a calling. For me, medical services in UK are the third world.

Absolutely ridiculous that you can't even book a pre booked appointment told to come back in 2 days to book with no guarantee you will get an appointment. Receptionist did not want to know even when you tell her it's an emergency. Worst doctors ever

Since COVID, this place has significantly declined. We've been calling at 8 AM and 12 PM for weeks, and each time we inquire, we're told there are no available appointments.

NHS at its worst. 🤦🏻‍♂️

I remember having had an emergency c-section and feeling unwell with what looked like an infection and called on a Friday. Appointment was no longer that a couple of minutes and the Dr couldn’t be bothered to do her due diligence so sent me home with a horrible infection that took about 6 weeks for the hole to cover up. She was so bad that the dr at the emergency was so angry with her. This is one of many times the doctors there couldn’t be bothered to check me properly. The pharmacists down the road were more helpful on several occasions. I would not recommend and will be making official complaints.
