Rang twice on Monday, man told me he would ring me 10am Tuesday, its Thursday and I am still waiting. Rang again today, now told man I need off until 12th and no one else available to take my call, 4pm. I needed Flood information before a Parish Council meeting tonight. No one from EA was at the exhibition last Thursday either.
