Honestly, the care at medichecks from start to finish has been amazing. They are very responsive through their emails with any queries, they contact you when it arrives at the lab, they send you your results quickly! It was also super easy to opt for a clinic blood test rather than fingerprick. Amazing service. It's definitely a great step for those with undiagnosed chronic conditions to get to the bottom of things and to feel more clarity and understanding. Even the act of having a test can help you feel more in control of your healthcare. I advise doing your research before you order any tests. Putting my symptoms into chat gpt has been a great help (even though I know this is guidance and not a proper diagnosis) it's a guideline. Trust the process, no matter how hard and difficult the road to diagnosis may seem..what you feel is valid and you are worthy of getting the health care you need

I spoke to Hannah today regarding a test which I ordered and hadn’t received yet. This was due to the system not changing my address but this was quickly resolved by Hannah who then ordered another test for me. Very professional customer service and dealt with in a friendly manner.

I ordered a sample kit on 29th September which customer service confirmed it was dispatched by standard 2nd class delivery on the 29th! 7 days later I am still waiting to receive the sample kit, then I have to go and book an appointment to get my blood drawn in one of their partner clinics. If I knew it would take this long for a sample kit to arrive, I wouldn’t have bothered with them. Plus I have a feeling that I will not receive the sample kit on time to then be able to take the actual bloods and post it before I fly abroad to start my IVF. My suggestion is don’t bother with them as it simply takes too long (weeks) to even get the sample kit, do the bloods at a partner clinic and then post it and for the expensive price I paid defo not worthy. Next time will go with superdrug health who come up much cheaper and had exactly the same test.

Within minutes of opening the Chat online, I got out through to an Agent called Hannah, supper helpful and provided me with all the information I required via email rapidly with details. Super happy with the customer experience.

Spoke to Aaron at medichekcs not only he gave me wrong information he also had attitude.
I firstly asked what locations I can go for my blood test he sent me and email with a link and said you can go anywhere, didn’t mention that I can only book online so I wasted time calling the clinic.
Secondly when I asked about the 2 day delivery service he replied with an attitude and almost made me feel like I’m stupid.
I called back and spoke to another lady she was very patient with me and very nice and helpful.
Ive been using medichecks for a few years and never experienced rudeness like Aaron.
Hope he changes his attitude towards customers

I had difficulty interpreting my test result but upon querying this, received extra information from the expert which provided additional detail and reassurance. Thank you to the customer care specialist team and experts. I would recommend Medichecks based upon my experience of carrying out many tests with them earlier in the year.

Giving 3 stars for now but will review again once I have my results. I ordered the Advanced Thyroid test and I done the blood test at 7.30am on 26th June and took it to the Post Office at 9.30am the same day. It's now 1st July and I am still waiting for my results. The reason this is annoying is that it says results are delivered quite quickly and I booked in with my GP hoping to discuss them today but they are still pending so it was a wasted appointment.
