For me they were quick at unloading. The lad on the good out desk was slightly rude. Definitely didn’t want to be there.
Only down side is lack of signage to the booking in office

Confusing place! But ok collection! Lots of construction!

Despatch office - see blue arrow (it’s a bit thin!) and red line top. Thru couple doors up stairs there are signs but it’s confusing first time.

If collecting Itsu you’ll be bay one or two (lower red square. BACK DOWN! No room to spin it or it’s a blind!

Easy to go to despatch, then effectively go to exit site and then back up to bays. Other goods will be other bays…..

They are dock bays and the lines are worn.

Friendly dock staff! Quick load.

Back to despatch for paperwork.

Careful leaving there are low bridges and my sat nav tried to send me to one (yes truck sat nav!)

The site is under major construction. When it’s done it’ll be mint!

Was here for 7 hours trying to get tipped with 26 pallets of frozen.
The staff were helpful.

Worst warehouse in UK, for last 12 years we deliver in this place non of our trucks left empty in less than 3 h, most likely 4 h...You never get unloaded earlier than your booking time and if you are late 10 min, then need new booking. In practice you have to book delivery far in advance to not be late because of traffic jams or late ferry, wait 2-3 h to get on booking time window, then wait at least 1 h inside company to get bay. When you get bay and open back doors, expect to stay there at least another 2-3 h before empty. THEY ARE WORKING IN SLOW MOTION... diseaster!!!

Arrived late by 15mins and would not tip. Took a frozen load the whole way from south of France. Refused to tip as they were apparently that busy. Had to wait 6 days until a new booking slot. Absolute ridiculous. Truck and trailer stood for 6 days in Colsterworth services. Demurrage and waiting time was refused to be paid. Will never take another job on that involves delivering to this site ever again. Drivers and hauliers should refuse to go to these places and get treated like dogs.
