went in multiple times in a week with loads of symptoms but it was ignored and was completely miss diagnosed with a uti and gave me medication even though i had completely different symptoms. finally after coming in two more times after i went for blood works which the couldn’t actually get any blood from me then told me to go straight to hospital then the hospital said that the surgery didn’t tell them i was coming so they made us come back 2 hours later. at that point i couldn’t even walk so i had to be wheeled into the hospital and found out i had diabetes and was in diabetic keto acidosis for two weeks and that i was an hour away from a coma, which meant i had to stay bed ridden in hospital for a week, the whole experience was traumatic and i will never trust a doctor again.

Very Rude, arrogant receptionist. Told to wait for results by doctor then receptionist says dont bother, “Ask my gp” is an absolute joke!! Often cant make an appointment at all! Wife tried for two weeks to get an emergency appointment but could not get on “ask my gp” wont let you make an appointment over the phone despite the gp saying ring and make one. Pharamcy often takes over a week to do perscription then misses items off!
Have now moved surgeries because of the Very very poor all round service of this practice!

Friendly helpful reception staff. Nurses HCA + GP have made me feel like I'm very cared for. No complaints just praise for whole surgery. Yes couple of hiccups since joining but I take part blame... lovely surgery. Thank you everyone

I'm not going to lie I am extremely annoyed, I was prescribed medications but oh hell did they make one hefty profit on me. One medication is worth £1.89 when they charged me over £3 per box! So I could have gotten double the amount of product for the same price. The other worth about a fiver and they charged me over £9. Will not be using their prescription service again!

Phoned and spoke to a lady called Linda Harding. First time I was dealing with this. And when she told me to hold on she was moaning and grumbling on the other side of the phone about me. I could hear her. Very unprofessional service.
