Been a patient here for 20 years and whilst “ask my gp” isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, i honestly think it’s the best thing to ever happen to the surgery. Compared to my friends doctors surgery who use “ask my gp”, I think we’re very lucky! They can’t believe I get a reply for requests the same day (even non urgent I have) and also I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait more than an hour for a response.
I do feel almost guilty sometimes choosing “face to face” when it really should be that kind of appointment as it seems like they like to do anything they can not to see you, being prescribed antibiotics for things they’ve not even checked seems a bit wrong, but overall very happy with the surgery.
I do wonder if the other reviews are getting mixed up with another surgery call vine house as the reviews are mentioning names that certainly don’t work at vine house surgery Grantham!

Tried send me to a clinic that told them they can't deal with people on pain medication and then kicked me out the surgery for maa complaints about the doctors not prescribing medication I been on years they just left me in pain and with no medication don't use these they are worse doctors I've ever spoken to in my life

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to two of your members of staff. They are Simon Hunter and Mr White. Both of these guys were simply amazing! I had doubts about phoning for an appointment initially but Simon put my mind at ease right from the start of the phone call. He was so thorough and understanding. Also Mr White who took my bloods a week later made me relax and was fantastic with myself and my son! So thank you to you both!!

What is going on with you people? It's impossible to get an appointment over the phone, to work your way around the book on line system is also impossible, you keep getting bombed out of the system, have all the staff had a go at trying to book an appointment? I suggest you do so, ASAP! AND YES! I am Au fait with most system, I do practically everything on line. I'm fed up with this brick wall thats put up whenever we need an appointment or help. PLEASE! for pitys sake get your priorities in order. Without patients you are not a practice, just a bunch of people milling around a medical building.

Rude and arrogant staff. I have had to fight my way onto a waitlist just for pain relief. Constantly changing their minds about they can or can't do. Totally shambolic.

These doctors would send someone with a heart problem to the dentist the have no clue they are very rude and will take you
Off your medication that you need and make you go round the hoops
