Just been for my 6 month check up with Chris. Always a great experience and a very professional service. It was good to find there was an update due for my Oticons as Apple and Samsung had recently updated their operating systems and my hearing aids had not been behaving as well as they should (through no fault of their own). Without the care and attention of the check up I wouldn't have known. All is good now, even better clarity. The combination of Oticon hearing aids and House of Hearing is brilliant - they really know what they are doing. Many thanks Chris & see you at my next check up in 6 months time.

Definitely would recommend. My dad booked an appointment here after suffering with intense ear pain. After several trips to the doctors who fobbed him off with painkillers/ear drops (which made things worse), the specialists here identified immediately that he had an infection that was causing the pain - something two GPs had failed to diagnose - and from that he was finally able to get the appropriate treatment. Fantastic service from extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff.
