Nature's Medicine Osteopathy Essex

Hi, I’d been suffering from neck injury for three months and the pain wasn’t getting any better. My GP suggested to take the MRI scan to the osteopath and seek their advice. That’s how I discovered Joanne’s medical centre. It was a small miracle I did - after the second session I felt relief and finally could sleep properly! After four sessions I had 99% recovered and was able to return to my normal routine, active lifestyle, my favourite classes and swimming. As soon as I stepped out of my car I felt calm and relaxed as the location is so beautiful! I had an amazing pregnancy massage and osteopathy to help align my pelvis. The therapists were really lovely and very professional. I felt like a new person when I left and I'm 6 months pregnant! I would definitely recommend their pregnancy treatments. This is the only place I know locally that offers this sort of experience. I noticed that they also do other massage and beauty treatments which I'll try once I've had the baby! 5 stars!!
