Female Focus

I have just had my first appointment with babs and all I can say is wow. After a traumatic birth and having seen several other physios, for the first time I finally feel listened to, reassured and cared for. Babs truly is a breath of fresh air. I left the appointment and the first thing I text my husband was “she was amazing!!!” Babs is so knowledgeable and thorough. She explained things that nobody else had ever taken the time to. I can’t tell you how much i gained from just one appointment with babs. After carrying months of upset and anxiety after my birth, I left feeling a million times lighter Thank you so much babs, I will recommend you to every mum I meet. I only wish I’d found you first xxx

I can't recommend Babs highly enough! She is warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the area. She took her time talking me through the pelvic floor and it's function in breathing/bracing especially related to powerlifting. We then explored options for alleviating incontinence while lifting heavy - a potentially difficult subject to discuss but with Babs it was easy. My babies were a long time ago and I really wish I'd looked in to understanding my body back then! If needed, I won't hesitate to book another appointment. Thanks you!
