I wanted to give 4 stars but the experience was so relaxing im going with 5. The 4 stars would be because it was very impossible to reach them thru the phone, once they picked up they suggested me on what treatments are the best for me and mya husband, also i was told that we can share a room but when i booked online there wasnt any question asking that so we ended up in separate rooms. Leah was amazing with the treatment and she tried to put us in a room but i said that it was okay as we didnt want to lose time, but the experience was amazing and definitely recommend it

I always make sure I book in with Leah to get the best manicure & pedicure in Cambridge. Absolutely love how she looks after my nails, the spa is a lovely relaxing place, all the team are friendly and I enjoy my visits

Despite I have booked my appointment with Sarah I had an amazing deep tissue massage done by Leah. It would have been nice to be informed about the change before, however I was very pleased with Leah. She is absolutely fantastic, she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Thank you Leah. I am looking forward to book my next appointment with you.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Jess instilled us with confidence throughout the booking process. Couples room was wonderful and we loved that we could pick the scent of our body oil. Overall, 10/10. We cannot wait to come again.

Can’t vouch for the wellness centre, but had truly one of the worst lunches ever at the “On the Lawn” food and drink marquee. Two sandwiches and two children’s meals took over an hour to arrive, with drinks and a plate of stale toasted bread taking almost as long. One of the sandwiches was so stale as to be inedible.

Staff were very apologetic at the end, though we barely saw them during the meal. They removed the price of the bad sandwich and gave a discount, but it was still a pricy and poor meal. Definitely one to avoid.

Had a lovely spa day here today! The Holistic Total Body Treatment with hot stones massage with Sarah was wonderful and the Glow from Within Facial with Sarah was great too.
